CANCELLATION POLICY

I believe our time is equally important. To best serve my salon guests, I require that a consultation be done before large services are booked to ensure we are both aligned in the vision of your hair. I also ask that a minimum of 48 hours notice is given when needing to Change, Cancel or Reschedule a salon service. Please let me know should you need to make any changes to your appointment, ASAP, and I will always do the same. If your service is changed, canceled or no showed within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total will incur.
